Advertising Charges

Having you own webpages on one of the most popular sites for rentals in France can cost you less than 2 euro a week.

To save you money, you can "Pick and Mix" the weeks you want your advert to show. We understand that there is no point in you paying for an advert if you have already booked up all weeks on your property, we also know that not every week of the year may be as effective for your advertising. You simply buy a number of weeks, from 8 to 520, you can then choose from your own personal portal page which weeks to display your home. You can change these at any time

Or you can simply pay and leave you advert in place for the number of weeks you choose.

If you have more than one property, even if you have 100, you can create your own advertising campaign with us by simply selecting the weeks you want each property to show and alter the weeks displayed for each property to gain the maximum benefit. You are always in control, you can do all this online from your own portal page at any time.

You can spread your advertising weeks over a period which is twice as long as the number of weeks you buy. For example, if you buy our one year plan for 130 euro, this can be used over a two year period, so your cost can be as low as only 65 euro a year for effective and efficient advertising.

You can of course extend your advertising at any time by buying more weeks.

When you place an advert with us, first we check your advert and when it is approved, usually within a couple of hours, it will be "live" and you can receive booking inquiries.

The first two weeks are free, you choose the number and the weeks you wish to display, you are always in control and you can extend you advertising at any time.

75 euro for 26 weeks advertising in a one year period
130 euro for 52 weeks adverting in a two year period
