The subject we get most mail about at present is "Leasebacks" and buying property in France. Are they safe? Will I get a good return? The answers we are getting from studies of the contracts and leases from the companies selling these schemes are very worrying and our advice is to make a thorough investigation before talking to anyone selling leaseback developments.

Some Tour operators are removing villas from their catalogues and transferring bookings away from Villas which have not fitted approved security devices. Some owners will have to cancel all their bookings this year.
