1. Leasebacks - not always what they seem to be?

The subject we get most mail about at present is "Leasebacks" and buying property in France. Are they safe? Will I get a good return? The answers we are getting from studies of the contracts and leases from the companies selling these schemes are very worrying and our advice is to make a thorough investigation before talking to anyone selling leaseback developments.

3. Is opening a B&B in France a good idea?

4. Property Finding Services

Our recent exposure on TV has given us a lot of mail - some of it nice.

Our main business is vacation rentals, but we are getting more mail and inquiries from buyers of property than for holiday rentals. I have been writing about and researching property in France for over a year and there are some other features about this. We offer a full property service with partners we can trust and rely on to give you a straightforward and fair deal.

We try to answer all questions, but we get a lot of mail and sometimes it gets buried in a lost corner of our computers so please write in a bit louder.
